RB Leipzig want to round off their successful year this Tuesday (18:30/Sky) at Werder Bremen. However, Real Madrid, their opponents in the Champions League round of 16, are also buzzing around in the players' heads. "Especially now, when you have the draw in your head, it's important to prepare for Werder Bremen. That will be another important step for us, simply 32 points with three on top would be a top first round for us," said sporting director Rouven Schröder ahead of the game.

Head coach Marco Rose wants to hide the stress of the last few weeks. "We've won three Bundesliga games in a row and want to go one better," said Rose. He warned in particular about Werder striker Marvin Ducksch: "He has an outstanding foot and has become an international again at an advanced age."

The only thing Rose has to worry about is the injured international Lukas Klostermann. For Emil Forsberg, it is his last appearance for RB before his move to the USA.
