Eight fans of FC Hansa Rostock are on their way to Munich. An altercation with masked supporters of another soccer club breaks out in a parking lot on the freeway.

A fight is said to have broken out between soccer fans of Dynamo Dresden and FC Hansa Rostock at a highway parking lot on the A9 in Middle Franconia. As reported by the police, masked Dynamo supporters are said to have attacked and beaten some fans of the other team. Three people were slightly injured and one man was treated in hospital for bruises to his face. The police are looking for the possible attackers and are investigating a breach of the peace.

The incident occurred on Saturday near Feucht (Nuremberg district). The Hansa fans, seven men and one woman, were on their way to Munich for a soccer match between their team and TSV 1860. As they reported to the police, their group was attacked in the parking lot by 30 to 50 Dynamo supporters, who were reportedly dressed in black and wearing masks. According to the police report, they not only struck, but also stole fan clothing, a wallet and several other items. They then drove off in several cars.

A police search by helicopter was initially unsuccessful, according to the report. The criminal investigation department is investigating suspected robbery and breach of the peace and is looking for witnesses to the incident, which took place at around 9.30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
