Coach Norman Rentsch's charges pick up two important points against Neckarsulm in the battle to stay in the league.

The handball players of BSV Sachsen Zwickau have celebrated their third win in their fourth home game of the season. Coach Norman Rentsch's charges came out on top against Sport-Union Neckarsulm by 28:24 (14:13) to move firmly into mid-table. Blanka Kajdon (9/4) and Simona Madjovska (5) played the biggest part in the hosts' success. Munia Smits (8/2) and Veronika Andryskova (5) scored the most for Neckarsulm.

The team from Saxony initially had slight teething troubles and trailed 8:10 after 16 minutes. Although the home side went into the break with a small lead, it again missed the start to the second half. Neckarsulm was 19:17 ahead after 42 minutes. Thanks to its outstanding goalkeeper Barbara Gyori (14 saves), Zwickau was able to turn the tide with an 11:4 run to 28:23 (59').
