So far this season, Eintracht have not been able to get anything against RB Leipzig. The Saxons can play with Simons again in the battle for the Champions League, but the defensive boss is out.

Zsolt Löw expects an extremely fast-paced game in the Bundesliga top match today (18:30/Sky) at Eintracht Frankfurt. "Frankfurt have incredible pace in attack. They have a lot of players who run into the gaps," said RB interim coach Löw, emphasizing at the same time: "I think our players are good enough to defend."

However, he will once again have to do without defensive boss Willi Orban, who is still suffering from muscular problems. Goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi will also not be in the squad after his violent collision in the Kiel game. Instead, Löw expects Xavi Simons to be back in top form after his yellow card suspension. "He's in top form, has trained very well and has also made his mark against the ball in training," said Löw, who also has national team players David Raum, Assan Ouédraogo and Kevin Kampl back in the matchday squad. Antonio Nusa will have to wait for the final training session to see if he is a squad option.
