6:1 in test match: Dynamo Dresden confident against Erfurt

Third-division soccer club Dynamo Dresden have won their test match against regional league side Rot-Weiß Erfurt with ease. In the game, which lasted twice 60 minutes, the higher-class hosts won 6:1 (2:0) at the Walther-Fritzsch-Akademie in camera. A double strike by David Kubatta (17th minute) and Dmytro Bohdanow (20th minute) gave them an early lead. Both goals came from set pieces.

Dynamo coach Thomas Stamm gave numerous substitute players playing time, while Erfurt coach Fabian Gerber sent two different teams onto the pitch for each half. Given the extended playing time and the intermittent heavy rain, the flow of the game flattened out on both sides of the current third-placed team in their respective leagues, without Dynamo losing their dominance.

With Robin Meißner making it 3-0 in the 77th minute, the game was decided, Jonas Oehmichen (85th) and Bohdanow again (88th) added to the score before the extra 30 minutes began. There, Christoph Daferner (102) added his name to the scorers' list with the 6:0. Yesua Motango scored Erfurt's consolation goal with the final whistle.
