Jongmin Seo moves from Dynamo Dresden to FK Haugesund

Jongmin Seo leaves third-division soccer club Dynamo Dresden and joins Norwegian first-division club FK Haugesund. This was announced by the traditional Saxon club on Wednesday. Both clubs have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transfer and the duration of the 21-year-old South Korean's contract with Haugesund. "For a player of his age, playing time is essential for his further development. We can't guarantee him this playing time with us at the moment," said Head of Sport Ralf Becker, explaining the separation.

Seo moved to the Saxon state capital from Eintracht Frankfurt's U19s in the summer of 2021 and appeared in a total of seven games for the Black & Yellows. He scored one goal. In the winter of 2022, the midfielder was loaned out to Wacker Innsbruck in Austria for six months, where he scored four goals and set up one goal in eleven games.
