30 people have been deported to Georgia from Leipzig. The plane took off from Leipzig/Halle Airport on Tuesday, the Saxon Ministry of the Interior announced today. The deportees included seven criminals.
This new deportation flight was due to the "persistent and intensive work of the specially specialized employees of the state directorate," said Saxony's Interior Minister Armin Schuster. "Anyone in Saxony who does not comply with their obligation to leave the country despite repeated requests must know that they will be deported," emphasized the CDU politician.
