Dynamo coach Thomas Stamm continues to rely on his own talents. Now another young player has been brought into the professional team.

Jakob Zickler has been given a professional contract by third-division soccer club Dynamo Dresden. The 18-year-old was recently part of head coach Thomas Stamm's squad and has already made his third division debut this season.

"Jakob is a very talented player who is eager to learn and has made a very good impression in recent weeks. Thanks to his commitment and good technical ability, he has developed into a good option for our games with his training performances," Stamm said of the stepson of former Bayern striker Alexander Zickler, who first played for the juniors and later for the first team of the sports club from 1980 to 1993.
