After five recent 1:2 defeats against Union Berlin, RB Leipzig wants to take three points from Köpenick this Sunday (17:30/DAZN). For this, however, according to coach Marco Rose, a "mature performance" is necessary. He said that the team had to accept the tasks that Union set, go into duels, prevent crosses, and do the right thing at the right moment. Rose demanded clarity and cleverness against the Bundesliga leader after the first two match days, which has still strengthened on Friday with the Italian European champion Leonardo Bonucci.
Against the Köpenicker Rose can fall back on his complete squad except for the long-term injured Amadou Haidara, Peter Gulacsi and El Chadaille Bitshiabu. New signing Christopher Lenz would also be ready for action, but is not yet an option for the starting eleven, according to Rose.
