New signing El Chadaille Bitshiabu has made his competitive debut for RB Leipzig after a long injury lay-off. The 18-year-old central defender, who arrived from Paris Saint-Germain for around €15 million in the summer, made his competitive debut for the German cup winners in the U19s' 0-0 draw against Young Boys Bern on Wednesday. The 1.96-meter defender was ruled out after signing with a torn inner ligament in his knee. The left-footer will soon be ready for action for Marco Rose's team. Despite his young age, Bitshiabu already has a lot of experience. He has played 14 times for PSG in Ligue 1, four times in the cup and once in the European premier class.
