RB Leipzig will also have to do without Timo Werner at Manchester City. The international striker will miss the Champions League group game on Tuesday (21:00/DAZN) due to adductor problems. The 27-year-old, who has lost his regular place with the Saxons, had already missed Saturday's 2-1 defeat in Wolfsburg.
Benjamin Sesko is an option up front instead. The Slovenian international took part in the final training session in Leipzig on Monday. Sesko did not play in Wolfsburg due to neck pain. The 20-year-old is even an option for the starting eleven for the match against the defending champions.
