Dynamo Dresden has strengthened its squad with Jonas Sterner. The third-division soccer club is loaning the attacking player for a year from Bundesliga newcomers Holstein Kiel. The 22-year-old made 16 appearances in the second division last season, but was often absent from the squad in the final phase and has only been used in the second team in the Regionalliga Nord so far this season.
"In Jonas, we have now acquired a young and talented player who already has a wealth of experience from higher divisions. With his athleticism and technique, he has very good foundations to further stimulate the competition both on the wing and in our back eight positions," said Head of Sport Thomas Brendel.
