The Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW) believes it is well positioned for the local elections in Saxony. On June 9, they will be running in almost all districts, in the three cities of Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig as well as in many smaller towns and municipalities, explained the Saxon BSW leader Sabine Zimmermann on Friday in Dresden. There is a good range of candidates from across society - from nurses and staff council chairpersons to entrepreneurs. The aim is to change politics in Germany "from the community to Europe". "For such a young party that has to build the structure in such a short time, we have already achieved a lot," emphasized Zimmermann.
