In Dresden, two demonstrations on the Middle East conflict will take place on Saturday - one for solidarity with Israel and another with the slogan "Peace for Palestine". According to information from the city, both events will begin almost simultaneously in the afternoon on Prager Straße. For the solidarity demonstration with Israel, the organizers have registered 250 participants. For the demonstration for peace in Palestine 500 people have been announced. The police will accompany the gatherings. Interior Minister Armin Schuster (CDU) had made it clear that "Hamas jubilation" would not be tolerated on Saxony's streets.
