Sea lions at Leipzig Zoo as EM oracle

The sea lions at Leipzig Zoo will be oracles for the results of the European Football Championship in Germany. The animals enjoy playing with balls and will predict the results of the German national team at the end of their training in the coming weeks, as the zoo announced on Tuesday. The first oracle mission is scheduled for this Thursday, the day before the opening game of the European Championship between Germany and Scotland in Munich.

Zoo animals are also in action elsewhere before the European Championship games. The results of the German team will be predicted by various animals at Chemnitz Zoo, the city announced. The meerkats will start this Wednesday with the result of the opening game. In the coming week, it will then be about the two other preliminary round matches of national coach Julian Nagelsmann's team against Hungary and Switzerland.
