Thousands of inquiries about properties in Thuringia

Thuringia's property register is indispensable for construction projects and land sales. According to the Ministry of Finance and Infrastructure in Erfurt on Friday, there are around 50,000 inquiries every year. The digitization of such specialist registers is therefore of great importance. The real estate register is an official register of all land and buildings in the Free State. Proof of who owns the land is also important for a wide range of planning purposes. The aim is to make the online retrieval of data secure and fast. The State Office for Land Management and Geoinformation is responsible for the Thuringian land register.
