Dynamo Dresden pick up three points again after four games without a win in a row. The Saxons turn the game around with a last-minute goal.

Dynamo Dresden have recorded another success after four games without a win thanks to a last-minute goal. The third-division club won 2:1 (0:1) against newly promoted Hannover 96 II at home in the Rudolf Harbig Stadium and turned the game around late on. Lukas Wallner scored for Hannover (17'). Robin Meißner equalized (79') and Oliver Batista Meier scored the winner in the second minute of stoppage time.

The team from Lower Saxony were the stronger side from the start. Although Dresden also had their chances, they were not rewarded. Hannover took advantage of this uncertainty and repeatedly found ways into the penalty area. After a corner, Fynn Arkenberg extended the ball and found Wallner (17'), who scored to make it 1:0. Dresden then got a little more pace into their own game, but remained goalless until the break and were sent into the dressing room by a whistle from their own fans.

In the second half, Dresden were also often too slow and did not often get into the spaces to create dangerous situations. Meißner only managed to equalize in the 79th minute. After a cross from Philip Heise, Meißne scored with his head. After that, Dynamo looked like a different team and went for the win. Heise again delivered a pass into the box, which this time found Batista-Meyer (90.+2) to give the home side a late boost.
