Dynamo Dresden sign Duah from Hamburg's second team

Dennis Duah will wear the black and yellow jersey of Dynamo Dresden next season. The 20-year-old defender joins the Saxons on a free transfer from Hamburger SV II. The club made the announcement on Friday after the player completed his medical check at Dresden University Hospital. "Dennis impresses with his athletic and robust style of play. With his speed and physical tackling, he can give our defense further stability," said David Fischer, SGD's managing director of communications.

The German-Ghanaian was trained in the youth departments of FC St. Pauli and then with the juniors of Hamburger SV. He played 71 games in the Regionalliga Nord for the club's second team, captaining the Hanseatic side this season.
