The digital mobile classroom is once again touring Saxony's schools this year. This enables pupils and teachers to experience activities such as robotics, coding and smart home simulations, as announced by the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs. The focus is on the topics of artificial intelligence and career guidance. Interested schools can register for the tour at www.digimok.de.
Artificial intelligence is on the rise and will be an integral part of everyday working life in a few years' time, explained Minister of Education Conrad Clemens (CDU). "The aim is to prepare young people for the digital world of work and to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in IT-related professions."
