Six people have been injured in an accident on a country road in eastern Saxony. According to the police, a 43-year-old woman drove her car into oncoming traffic and crashed into two other vehicles. Excessive speed is believed to be the cause of the accident.
A 49-year-old woman and a 72-year-old woman were seriously injured in the accident on Saturday between Ottenhain and the Herrnhut district of Strahwalde (Görlitz district). In addition to the 43-year-old, a 74-year-old, a 23-year-old and a 15-year-old were slightly injured. According to the police, property damage amounted to around 60,000 euros.
