Saxon Cabinet meets away from home

The Saxon cabinet is meeting away from home on Tuesday: it is meeting in the silver mine of the Reiche Zeche in Freiberg. According to the state chancellery, the district administrator of the Mittelsachsen district, Dirk Neubauer, is also invited to the meeting. Together with Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer (CDU) is to be reported on the cooperation of the state government with the district.

Another topic is the citizen and community participation in the construction and operation of wind turbines, about which Energy Minister Wolfram Günther (Greens) and the District Administrator want to inform. Neubauer is also expected to present plans for the Freiberg/Mittelsachsen sustainability campus at the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg together with State Secretary for Science Andreas Handschuh.
