Dynamo Dresden will have to make do without Kevin Ehlers for the next two matches in the 3rd Football League. The 23-year-old has been suspended for two games by the German Football Association (DFB) sports court. This was announced by the club and the DFB on Monday.
The central defender was shown the red card in last Saturday's goalless draw against SSV Ulm after he misjudged a long ball in the 45th minute and was the last man to stop Ulm striker Leo Scienza. Ehlers will therefore miss the next third division match on March 30 at SC Preußen Münster and then at home on April 7 against 1. FC Saarbrücken. However, the defender is eligible to play in next weekend's Saxony Cup quarter-final at VFC Plauen.
