Third division soccer club Hallescher FC has a new president. Former club vice-president Jürgen Fox was appointed by the board on Sunday. The board had previously been completed by Andreas Muth and Christian Brauer at the general meeting. The reorganization of the management team had become necessary following the resignation of President Jens Rauschenbach last year.
The HFC members were also presented with the financial report at the meeting. Halle made a loss of just under €560,000 in the 2022/23 season and is aiming for a "black zero" for the current season. In sporting terms, the goal remains to stay in the 3rd division, assured sporting director Thomas Sobotzik.
