Third-division soccer club FC Erzgebirge Aue have won their second test match in preparation for the second half of the season. The Saxons won 6:0 (4:0) against regional league side ZFC Meuselwitz at their home training ground on Wednesday. The goals were scored by Marcel Bär (4th and 44th), Marvin Stefaniak (7th, penalty), Joshua Schwirten (48th), Steffen Meuer (72nd) and Mamin Sanyang (75th).
The test match was played without spectators and in four 30-minute quarters. The hosts took a 2-0 lead after just seven minutes and were able to increase this to 4-0 by half-time after 60 minutes. Aue coach Pavel Dotchev made a complete substitution in the second half, bringing eleven new players onto the pitch. Aue then also scored a brace and Meuer and trialist Sanyang scored to make the final score 6-0.
