One person has been injured in an accident on the Autobahn 14 near Leipzig. At around 11.30 a.m., a car skidded due to the wet road surface and crashed into a crash barrier, the police said on request. A rescue helicopter was deployed. The highway was temporarily closed in both directions.
Traffic is now flowing again in the direction of Dresden, while the lane in the direction of Halle is still closed. Traffic there is currently being routed via the hard shoulder.
