Dynamo Dresden wins against TSV 1860 Munich in the 3rd division

Dynamo Dresden remain at the top of the 3rd Football League after their fourth win in five games. Thomas Stamm's team won 3:2 (1:1) at TSV 1860 Munich. Tony Menzel gave the Saxons a deserved lead in the 30th minute. Out of nowhere, ex-Hallens player Tunay Deniz (40) equalized in front of 15,000 spectators. After the changeover, Robin Meißner (51) scored again before Menzel (68) increased the lead to 3:1. Julian Guttau (71) reduced the deficit to 2:3 for the hosts, who are still waiting for their first home win of the season at the Grünwalder Stadion.

The third division match had to be kicked off half an hour late due to problems with the home fans entering the stadium. Dynamo were also missing Vinko Sapina due to muscular problems. Despite the persistent rain, Dresden put in a strong performance from the start on the deep pitch. The lead was absolutely deserved. Before equalizing, Dynamo made a mega mistake with a short pass.

Dresden took the lead again after the changeover thanks to Meißner (51'), who slotted home after a Löwen mistake. Dynamo punished another mistake by the home side just 17 minutes later: Menzel scored again (68') after Niklas Hauptmann had won the ball and played a brilliant pass to Menzel. The hosts sensed another chance after Guttau (71) reduced the deficit. Dynamo had a lot of luck in stoppage time: a ball from Munich hit the post.
