Played well, but lost again. Halle FC cannot get out of the basement.

Halle FC are treading water in their fight against relegation. Coach Sreto Ristic's charges lost 0:1 (0:1) at TSV 1860 Munich. Ex-Hallens player Julian Guttau (17) scored the golden goal for the Lions with a direct free-kick. Despite their sixth winless game in a row, Halle FC remain in a non-relegation place, but benefited from the slip-ups of their rivals. However, they are still only one point clear of the danger zone. Munich, on the other hand, remained unbeaten for the seventh game in a row.

The team from Halle missed the opening phase. Guttau (12) tested HFC keeper Philipp Schulze after just twelve minutes. Five minutes later, the Munich man gave the Halle keeper no chance with his free-kick into the top corner. The visitors sent the first offensive sign of life in the 22nd minute. After a free-kick from Tunay Deniz, Jonas Nietfeld (22) only hit the outside of the net. After half an hour, TSV goalkeeper David Richter deflected a volley from Julian Eitschberger onto the crossbar. The hosts missed out on the preliminary decision. After a bad pass from Deniz, Fynn Lakenmacher (32') appeared completely free in front of Schulze, but failed to beat the HFC goalkeeper.

The team from Halle gained the upper hand after the break. But the visitors were hardly able to create any chances. Tom Baumgart's shot (52') and Dominic Baumann's header (75') missed the opposing goal. As a result, the Munich keeper did not even have to make a serious intervention in the second half.
