Dispute over access to construction documents for new prison in Zwickau ends up in court

The dispute over access to all construction documents for the construction of a new prison in Zwickau has reached the courts. A regional court in Zwickau has ruled in a preliminary decision that the general planner is not obliged to hand over the server with the construction documents to the state, but must make the data available to the state via a new server.
