Brawl between soccer fans in Zwickau

Before the regional league match between FSV Zwickau and Energie Cottbus, fan groups clashed on Sunday. The police reported on X (formerly Twitter) of a "targeted physical altercation" near the Zwickau stadium.

The two fan groups were separated. The police established the identities of those involved and did not allow them into the stadium. Some soccer supporters were taken into custody for the duration of the match, while the others were expelled from the city.
