23-year-old cyclist hit by car and injured

A 23-year-old cyclist has been hit and injured by a car in Leipzig-Schönau. On Sunday evening, a 29-year-old man wanted to turn right into Lützner Straße in his car and overlooked the cyclist, who was crossing the road at a green traffic light, police said. This resulted in a collision. The 23-year-old had to be admitted to hospital. There was property damage of 1500 euros.
