Elbe bridge in Bad Schandau is open again from Thursday

The Bad Schandau Elbe bridge will be reopened to traffic of vehicles up to 7.5 tons on Thursday afternoon. The final steps for this are in full swing, said Infrastructure Minister Regina Kraushaar (CDU). The load-bearing capacity of the structure was tested at the beginning of April with a load test.
