From Leipzig-Halle Airport, 21 rejected asylum seekers have been deported to their homeland in Tunisia. As the Saxony state directorate announced on Thursday, seven men last housed in Saxony are exclusively convicted criminals. In addition, 14 persons obliged to leave the country were returned from the jurisdiction of the states of Bavaria, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, Saarland and Berlin, as well as from the area of responsibility of the Federal Police. The flight to Tunisia took place on Wednesday.
